ADS Security (ADS), a regional electronic security and automation company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, has revealed they will be joining forces with Vector Security to create a larger and stronger security company. Combined, both companies will have close to $20MM in recurring monthly revenue and a customer base of close to 400k subscribers.
Both companies will continue to operate as separate business units with more than 50 branch locations and will combine business operations where specific synergies exist. ADS Security’s strength in the Southeast combined with Vector Security’s strength in the Northeast will allow both companies to establish a broader, deeper presence in both regions of the U.S.
