NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Oct. 29, 2019) – ADS Security recently partnered with the Nashville Area Chapter of the Red Cross to host an emergency preparedness and CPR training for its Nashville employees.
Partnering with local life safety departments is part of ADS Security’s mission to protect lives throughout the Southeast. In 2018, ADS responded to more than 370,000 burglary, fire, medical and duress alarms.
“Protecting the lives and property of our customers is core to what we do at ADS Security,” said Craig Leyers, vice president of sales and marketing for ADS Security. “Ensuring that our team members are trained in important lifesaving techniques such as CPR is a natural and valuable extension of this effort. We are proud to partner with the Nashville Red Cross, and know that our associates will benefit from this important training.”
The training includes the Red Cross Ready program and a CPR training. Red Cross Ready focuses on disaster readiness and preparedness, home fire safety and planning, and provides local resources and information in case of a disaster. The CPR training covers how to perform hands-only CPR in order to sustain life until paramedics arrive.
