Purchase is Third Acquisition for ADS in 2017

This is the third acquisition for ADS in 2017. Falcon Fire Systems in Charleston, SC was purchased by ADS in January. ADS closed on the customer accounts of ERMC Security Solutions in Chattanooga, TN in August. This follows a record-setting acquisition year for ADS in 2016, where ADS added 8,000 accounts across 6 purchases and opened two new locations in Dothan, AL and Sanford, NC.
PMI Security customers will have access to the ADS advanced suite of residentialand commercial services. ADS offers an industry-leading mobile app and online web portal, smart home technologies, video surveillance, and access control solutions. Additionally, ADS has an elite, Five Diamond monitoring center located in Nashville, Tennessee, where customers can call and speak to a live person, 24/7/365.
The customers will be serviced out of the ADS Washington office located at 930 W 15th Street, Washington, NC 27889. PMI Security owner, Ray Dail, will be joining the ADS Security team in Washington in a sales role. PMI Security customers are currently being introduced and welcomed to ADS.
