    What does this mean for you, our valued customer?

    As a customer of ADS Security, your property will be monitored by the state-of-the-art ADS Monitoring Center and you will have access to a wide range of products and services for superior protection. The ADS Monitoring Center is UL-listed and CSAA Five Diamond certified, so you can rest assured that your property will be monitored by highly-trained operators. ADS offers a broad selection of next-generation security and automation technologies for your home or business. Take advantage of remote arming and disarming from your phone, live video monitoring, smart home products, managed access control systems, and much more.

    To help make your transition to ADS a smooth one, here is what you can expect moving forward:

    1. Your current invoicing method with Sanders Security will automatically transfer to ADS Security. Please begin remitting all payments directly to ADS.

    2. You will receive a letter from ADS notifying you of the date by which your alarm system will begin to be monitored by the ADS Monitoring Center or if it will require reprogramming. Until then, your alarm monitoring will remain with Sanders Security. There will be no interruption in service or coverage during the transition. 

    3. You will receive one yard sign and two window decals from ADS in the mail in the coming weeks.

    4. It’s important to note that the same Sanders Security team that has been serving you over the years will continue to service your account alongside the ADS team out of the office located at 1036 West Main Street, Dothan, Alabama.

    New Customer Resource Center

      The ADS Customer Support Center is the heart of what we do. Customer Support Specialists are available 24/7/365 to assist you. Our facility is both UL-listed and CSAA Five-Diamond certified, and each of our operators has achieved the achieved the highest level of certification available in our industry.

      You can pay you ADS bill online by visiting and setting up a My ADS account. From the My ADS website you can pay bills, update your billing information and enroll in auto-pay or paperless statements. 

      ADS Security is also happy to accept phone payments free of charge or answer any billing related questions you may have at 877.309.4370 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.

      As a new customer, one ADS Security yard sign and two window decals will be shipped to your location. To request more, please contact your local team.
