You have been directed to this page because SAFECO has recently merged its business with ADS Security. ADS is privately owned and operated with offices throughout the Southeast, including six in the state of Alabama.
What does this mean for you, our valued customer?
As an ADS Security customer, you will have access to top-notch monitoring, a stronger service department, more technical resources and an overall improved customer experience. Additionally, you have gained access to a selection of next-generation security and automation technologies for your home or business.
The ADS Monitoring Center is UL-listed and CSAA Five Diamond certified, so you can rest assured that your property is being monitored by highly-trained operators.
Moving forward, here is what you can expect:
- Your current invoicing method with SAFECO will automatically transfer to ADS Security. Please begin remitting payments directly to ADS for any invoices received from ADS.
- In the coming weeks, you will receive a letter from ADS notifying you of the date by which your alarm system will begin to be monitored by the ADS Monitoring Center. Until then, your alarm monitoring will remain with SAFECO.
- You will receive a new ADS yard sign and window decals in the mail.
It’s important to note that the same technicians that have been serving you over the years will continue to service your account alongside the ADS team. They will provide service out of the ADS office located at 711 Black Bears Way, Suite C in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
