  Just a note to thank you for the GREAT service this past Saturday when someone tried to break into our home.  We were not there and the command center promptly sent law enforcement to investigate when your employee was unable to reach my husband and me by phone. Thanks to the alarm, the criminals’ efforts were thwarted and he was captured just a few minutes later.  Tomorrow will be his arraignment.  Our service is worth every dime!  Having lost my own mother at the hands of a home intruder a year ago, this alarm has brought us peace of mind.  My family members were, at first, unconvinced that a security system was needed.  Believe me, now they are your biggest fans!  Thanks to the ADS alarm, the thief did not make it into the house.  Others, who lived nearby were not so lucky.

  it was very important to me to have a security service that had local people available should I have a need.  I have been an ADS client for over 8 years and have utilized their expert service in several different situations.   Once, while out of town, the ADS dispatcher called my cell phone to let me know my alarm had been triggered.  I was able to notify my neighbor to check around my house and, as it turned out, it was a false alarm. We were able to save a trip to the house from the police.  On another occasion, I had replacement windows installed, and the sensors weren’t re-installed properly.  ADS came out promptly and replaced them at no charge.  On a third occasion, I wasn’t able to successful arm my system.  I called the ADS service department and they walked me through several things to check first on my control panel in order to avoid paying for a service call.  Thanks ADS for keeping my family safe and sound.
