Acquisition of Mid America Security Systems in Louisville, KY is the largest recurring monthly revenue base acquired in company history.
ADS Security has acquired the customer accounts of Mid America Security Systems in Louisville, KY. This marks the seventh acquisition for ADS in 2018.

ADS will retain the Mid America Security office located at 3900 Classified Pl, Louisville, KY 40218, establishing it as the second branch location for ADS in the state of Kentucky, and the 25th branch location company-wide. The entire Mid America Security team will be joining ADS Security.
