ADS Security announces the hire of former Honeywell Security Systems Integration Manager, Victor Chapman, as the Development and Training Manager for ADS. Chapman will be in charge of developing training content directed towards Customer Care services, Monitoring Center support, as well as ADS branch training and support at ADS. He brings a lifetime of security industry experience and a background in management roles to his new position. ADS extends a congratulations and warm welcome to Chapman in his new role.
About Victor Chapman
Victor Chapman received his undergraduate degree in Electronics from Pearl River Community College. He began his career in the electronic security industry in 1978 as the co-owner of Chapman Systems, Inc., a provider of security and telecommunication services. Selling his company after 19 years, Chapman worked at ADT as a Project Manager and Trainer for 5 years.
In 2005, Chapman began working for Honeywell Security’s Dealer Development Group as an instructor and field support for Honeywell’s Authorized Dealer program. He left Honeywell in January 2015 to work with The Alarm Company in Jackson, MS before joining ADS Security in November as their Development and Training Manager at Corporate Headquarters in Nashville, Tenn.
Chapman is an ESA (NBFAA) Level I, II, III, a Level I Instructor and Nicet Fire Level I Certified.
