Access Solutions: Fast Food Chain Gets Instant Remote Security Control
The Challenge
The high employee turnover rate that is common amongst fast food restaurants was becoming a consistent security problem for Popeyes Chicken franchise in Alabama. To avoid the constant, time-consuming requests to add or remove access codes, Popeyes challenged ADS Security to present a solution that would allow the franchise owner to personally manage employee access remotely from his home.
Our Strategy
After reviewing Popeyes situation thoroughly, ADS determined that the network solution from DMP would be a practical way to solve the problem. Using the Prattville branch as a trial run over a four week period, ADS was able to determine that with a few equipment changes, the system would provide exactly what was needed to satisfy the customer. The Prattville location was upgraded to the DMP XR100 networking panel and the end-user software installed was DMP System Link.
