Video Blog: ’Twas Just Days Before Christmas

Sometimes I throw out an idea in one of our marketing meetings and everyone gets really quiet and stares at me like I've suddenly sprouted antlers. This is usually how I know I'm on to a fantastic idea. So a month ago when I suggested we re-write the famous Christmas Poem "The Night Before Christmas" for this year's fun holiday video and I got "that look" from my team, I knew we had to make it happen.

My main Partner in Crime, Sarah, and I got to work on the re-write and got some great input from our fantastic Monitoring Center Operators. We wanted it to be about a family that was at home "nestled all snug in their beds" when suddenly their alarm goes off. The ADS Monitoring Center Operators respond to the call, but to deliver service made of "Christmas Magic" a fleet of ADS technicians arrive right then to fix up the old system and deliver the legendary service that really sets ADS apart.

In the closing scene our President and CEO, John Cerasuolo, wishes everyone a happy holidays as he drives off in the ADS truck. So, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and to all a safe night.
